While so many women display admirable perseverance while juggling life and menopause symptoms, their journey needn't be so taxing. My events and programs offer a natural oasis of support, tools and compassion, which can help you manage your symptoms better, boost your self confidence and maintain a positive attitude. Welcome to my journey! My experience with peri-menopause began in my mid-40s coinciding with a divorce and a period of burnout. Taking time myself allowed me to rediscover my passion for supporting others, leading me to start my own business. With over 25 years experience in training and coaching, I am dedicated to helping others grow and thrive. I live by the sea with my two dogs, embracing life’s lessons and the belief that it’s never too late to learn—having even gained a qualification in digital marketing along the way. I'm here to support and encourage you on your own journey!
