About Me...

My name is Anita Marsh

Hi, I’m Anita Marsh—founder of Menopause Medley, wellbeing advocate, and creative soul with a passion for helping women feel seen, supported, and empowered through life’s transitions.

My journey into menopause support began in my mid-40s, during a time of personal upheaval—navigating peri-menopause, divorce, and burnout all at once. That pause became a turning point. I took time to heal, reflect, and rediscover my purpose: to use my voice, creativity, and coaching skills to uplift others.

With over 25 years of experience in training, coaching, and customer-focused roles, I now blend professional insight with lived experience to offer:

  • 🌿 Empathetic menopause support and wellbeing workshops

  • 🧰 Flexible virtual assistant services for women juggling life and work

  • 🎨 Creative content that sparks conversation and connection

  • 🐾 Pet-inspired wellbeing, thanks to my beloved dogs Lady T and Bella
